Frontier Veterinary Urgent Care

Frontier was so amazing! I did not feel judged at all when bringing my dog in. They made us very comfortable & explained everything nicely. Dr. Clare & Jasmine were so compassionate! I was very emotional and they were sure to give me time and space with my pup. I called them multiple times throughout the day and each time there were so understanding and gave me great updates! I could tell she was well taken care of when I picked her up at the end of the day! They sent us home with a thorough care plan & even called 2 days later to follow up. It was expensive, but this is totally to be expected with quick & proper care. They were so nice about making sure I could pay for it. Thank you, Frontier! Dominoe & I appreciate your care. ❤️

First time we went in, the staff was beyond amazing. Our pup needed emergency surgery. ALL STAFF WAS AMAZING!! But the best part was the follow up and after care. They would call and check in. See what her status was. How she was doing. It was as if they were checking up on their own dog. Amazing! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Bella thanks you too!

They definitely take advantage of your emotional situation. We paid a lot for wound care and assessment. They applied glue to our dogs ear because stitches were not necessary. They then applied a wrap on our dog so she could not shake her ears and open the wound. We noticed $139.00 charge for the wrap. We found it on Amazon for 55.00. I asked the clinic if they would sell it for 75.00 and they refused. Needless to say our dog reopened the wound and we had to buy a 10.00 wrap at the pet store. Everything they did was undone because we chose to take a stand against their greedy practices. I called and spoke to the manager the next day and she said she could not sell it for 75.00. We ordered the correct one from Amazon and decided to leave this review to warn others about this urgent care. Ha

I had such a great experience at Frontier Urgent Care! My golden retriever, Charlie, had to get stitches in her mouth, and the staff there was absolutely amazing. They were so kind and gentle with her and made sure she was comfortable the whole time. Everyone was super friendly, explained what was going on, and took great care of Charlie like she was their own. The clinic was clean, we didn’t have to wait long, and they really made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you so much to the whole team for taking such good care of my girl! Highly recommend Frontier Urgent Care if you ever need quick and caring help for your pet.

I have 3 fur babies, each and every one of them have been to Frontier urgent care for their urgent medical needs, this place is phenomenal! The front desk staff are friendly and very professional, the waiting area has cute wall art, and I was offered coffee or water ❤️. Once in an exam room, the Compassion and knowledgeability from the staff makes the situation A lot less stressful with the pet.Which is much appreciated . This place is very close to my home and I appreciate that so much, even if it was not I would still travel to take my pets to this place! Frontier veterinary urgent care , guys rock keep doing what you’re doing and thank you❤️
