You have to pay an extra fee if you want your pet seen within a month. I'm convinced that this is doincrease income, which is smart. 1star added. Their website's online scheduling doesn't work, even though you go through 10 steps to make an online appointment. You who holds a staff meeting during lunch time?

I would rate less if it is possible. I was told there would be an additional charge for after hours of 78 plus the normal exam charge. The exam charge was more than stated on the phone AND the additional charge was 156. Was told, after questioning, the additional xray 82 would not be charged because Ashyton stated, and recorded, the first step in the am would be another enema 14. I was charged anyway but they noted they did not charge me for a third, yay. An after hours visit will only last as long as they want it to. An enema takes a bit to work but within 15 minutes I was to make a decision if my boy should stay or go home because he was growling.?? They do have good equipment. Do not use unless it is an emergency and plan to pay out the yang. This is a place where the right hand h

They insisted my puppy had HOD and requested X-rays pretty much once a month ($$$). Then he received a steroid injection that was not meant for puppies which caused him to pee excessively for 3 weeks. After taking him to a new vet due to the pee concern they informed me he never should’ve received the shot he did . We will never bring our pets back.
