It’s been over a year since I got my handsome frenchie beau from here and let me tell you this business is amazing!!! In a whole year my pup has never had to go to the vet for any problems just regular check ups!! Everywhere we go I get told my dog is so beautiful and people always ask me where I got him because he’s so perfect!!🥹thank you so much frontier pets for my furever buddy!!! I love how the kennel kit is already added to the price and just the bundle with the puppy so worth the price!! I definitely recommend going here!!!

Frontier Pets is on a whole different level when it comes to pet stores! This place completely crushes the “puppy mill” stigma the moment you walk through the door. The staff is beyond knowledgeable—not just about the breeds, but about the entire process. They’re straightforward, transparent, and genuinely care about matching families with the right pups. We only planned to casually stop in while strolling through the mall, but walked out with not one… but TWO beautiful additions to our family! Our two sweet girls are healthy (yes, we double and triple checked), happy, and unbelievably cuddly. You can tell they were cared for the right way from the very beginning. I genuinely delayed writing this review because I did not want to write it out of anger when we first got our puppy, but at this point, I feel other people should be aware. We bought our puppy 2 weeks ago, on 01/15, which was a Thursday. We originally saw him on the website that Monday prior and we decided to call in to Frontier Pets to ask some questions. When we spoke to them on the phone they kept talking about quiet and calm he is and that he is just really shy. When we finally made it up there on Thursday (2 hour drive) we met him first. When we brought him into the playpen with us he was very non-interested in playing and had virtually no energy, very unlike a normal puppy. Got a Shelty puppy from here !!! They are amazing to work with he’s so cute ! So glad we had this opportunity to get a dog like this, and get all setup with all the necessary equipment for the puppy from Frontier Pets! 8 months in and he’s doing amazing would recommend to everyone !

I strongly suggest not purchasing a pet from this business. Twice now we have bought two puppies and they have been sick. First one was already on medication in attempt to get him better by the time we picked him up. The second, our recent one, was given a high dose of medication for her age in attempt for her to be better by the time we picked her up. It was unnecessary and now she will have issues when she gets older. All so it prevented us from canceling the purchase, high dollar purchase. We are good people and already had love for this pup, so we would not have returned her. The business owner will be kind and provide great service through the process, but once the payment is finalized, you’re ghosted. It’s a huge disappointment! I can’t believe they treat a living creature like this
