WARNING CUSTOMERS ⚠️ DO NOT BOOK HERE ‼️ I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this groomer. The groomer picked up my dog and had her for 3 hours. My dog was returned dripping blood from her ear, hair extremely chopped unevenly. Not washed. My senior dog was left in a stressful state. The owner refused to offer a refund or cover any vet bills for the injuries. I have never had such a poor experience with a groomer. I strongly advise against bringing your pet here. Their lack of professionalism and care is dangerous. Please think twice before entrusting them with your animal’s well-being.

If I could give this groomer negative stars I would. Not only did the groomer cut my baby to the point of needing stitches, they had a nasty attitude about it when I called to complain even tho the groomer himself admitted to cutting her because HE was moving too fast. They said the only way they would refund me is if I took down my review but to be honest it’s more important that NO ONE ELSE Uses this company, if you look into them they are fraud anyway and keep changing licenses to avoid legal trouble DONT DO IT THE OWNER IS ALSO VERY RUDE!!! *You comment back 6 months after but at the time you refused to call me back and when you did it was to take my comment down TO THIS DAY YOU NEVER REACHED OUT OR OFFERED TO AT LEAST PAY THE $400 vet bill. My doggie zeus was really really shaggy when I brought him they did a great job They were patient understanding and efficient to my dog and my family's needs Thank you so much for the experience I will be back

Cut my cat's whiskers way down. As a pet business, they should know NEVER cut cat's whiskers. Does bad physical damage. Cat also looked like a puppy when she was done. Will never get my cat groomed again. Fritzy's is dangerous to pets.

Been a customer for over 3 years. I love the service. Larissa is my groomer, or choice, and is the only one my dog trusts. I highly recommend them!
