Nancy's Pet Salon & Pet Hotel

Since Nancy the owner hung up on us for trying to explain why my puppy who came home with eye, head and ear injuries. Here is proof of what your groomer did. My dog has been crying and scared since we picked her up. Absolute animal abuse and I am expecting a call back. You will cover the costs of her vet tomorrow.

I’ve been coming here pretty regularly and never had issues with this store other than rude service or upping the prices. But 2 days ago I took my dog here and they cut his right eyeball without telling us anything. We took him to the vet and basically they told us that if we don’t take care of his eye with the medication we were given, he would go blind. Clearly there is a trend when looking through the reviews and seeing what other people’s experiences were when giving them the trust to handle their pets. Never am I coming back and if you see this DO. NOT. COME. HERE.

Absolutely atrocious and disgusting facility. My 1 year old puppy was brought here yesterday, and returned scared and with bloody eyes that the vet states align with strangulation, extreme pressure on her neck, or not being tethered correctly. She has abrasions in her ear and is very clearly traumatized. PLEASE DO YOUR DOGS A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT ‼️‼️‼️‼️

I adopted an abused and antisocial little mix, and he has always been aggressive and fearful when getting his nails clipped. Most groomers I’ve called refuse to deal with aggressive dogs, and I lost hope of finding someone to deal with him. Nancy’s Pet Salon was super patient with him, and I’ve gone back numerous times since the first day. Every time we go, he behaves better and better, and he leaves with nice short nails. I’m very thankful they take the time to work with Westley and help me help him get better. Thank you, Nancy’s! (His nails in the photo are at the half way point of getting his quicks shorter, in case they look long 😅)

I took in my dogs or two times and they have done a wonderful job I give them 100% thumbs up right now they do need a haircut but they will be going back soon believe me
