Adoption services are quite swift and easy. You just go inside (the smell is truly overwhelming!), pick a dog, give the number to the front desk and they'll have someone print their file and get you to have a "meet and greet" moment. If you chose to adopt the animal, they will make sure the animal is spayed/neutered first. Unless the animal has, e.g., kennel cough, then you can take it right away and spay/neutered them later. There is a deposit for this procedure ($90 I believe it was around), which you'll get back once the procedure has been performed. They offer veterans discounts and different promos during the year, where charges are waived.

I adopted Gizmo on Valentine’s Day! My dog needed a friend. I had a good overall experience. They had a special so all I paid was $25 this included vaccines and neutering. I think the shelter has to advertise their holiday specials. I was the only customer. Gizmo was so happy on the drive home. The only bad thing I have to say is durning the meet and greet, staff tried to convince me not to adopt him because he is aggressive and bites. That was far from true he is the sweetest little guy. He saved my other dog Gypsy from his separation anxiety. I no longer come home to chewed up door frames.Gizmo keeps him calm while I’m at work.

They need to have scooter rental places inside because this place is huge cheaper scooter prices seen some for $75 the day when calling.

Whoever is answering the phone is extremely rude. I was calling to ask about my dog that ran away. Phone call wasn’t longer than a minute and I was clearly taking up her time. Visited once before, the smell is intense.
