Good service and was able to get an appointment for my cat when needed. It was a quick appointment and my cat was treated well. Only giving 4 stars because when I made a first time appointment, I asked if they accepted CareCredit and got a yes. When I went to pay, I was told that despite them being on the CareCredit site as an approved member, they don't take it. It definitely was not something I was prepared for financially at the time. I do suggest requesting to be taken off the CareCredit website for people who depend on that for the future. Otherwise, I would recommend this clinic for the care and service.

My family has taken their pets to this place before and had good results. I took my cat a few weeks ago, and unfortunately had to put her down. The doctor and assistant with her were very compassionate. I could tell they cared. Even the girl who put my cat down was extremely compassionate and gentle. I will always be grateful this place gave me compassionate in me and my fur babies time of need. They also sent me a card a week later. I know irs formality, but it really cheered me up some how. I still miss my cat, but it helped knowing this place cared.

Dr. Laura is an amazing vet! She cares about all of the animals that you bring in… She is super kind! The costs are some of the best around. When you leave, you don’t feel gouged like you do at so many veterinarians these days. I drive 20 miles to use this facility. I will continue to!

I can't say enough good things about this vet. They have given my cat exceptional care. Very caring, professional, and knowledgeable. Answer all my questions. Best of all, they are sincere and NEVER pressure me into paying for unnecessary tests, etc. I have been to several vets in Riverside and Moreno Valley - this one is the best. Oh, and the lobby is split into a cat side and dog side with separate entrances. So considerate!

Its very good. Sometimes it can be hit or miss when it comes to friendliness and exams things slip by meaning things are brought up about why the animal is coming in say 4 issues . Woukd be forgotten. The Dr's call back quickly and I have a patient well my cat for 3 years Not sure if price are within the average price range.
