The lady who answered the phone Petra I believe her name was is so unbelievably rude and unprofessional I literally had to hang up on her because he attitude this morning was out of control. I wouldn’t take my pets to her if u paid me
don't even bother just talking on the phone trying to get information about getting my puppy groomed is hard enough , the lady is rude!
$100 for a 15lbs dog without even cutting his hair are you mad!
