First off I would like to state I walked in late so I had to pay a 10 dollar charge. That’s was okay I understand u was greeted by this lady ally the lady that also groomed my dog. My walked in needed for a bath and a good groom I got the bath and trim. I’ve came many of times before and he always comes out nice. But this time…. I picked him up and he had boogers in his eyes still and the knots in his head he still looked like a dirty mop. I was gonna let it pass but my husband is picket I brought him back and spoke with the kind lady Sammy she called her manager and the manager offered me a haircut discount taking if 20 dollars I told him I was unhappy the kind lady Sammy brushed my dog and let him looking bit better I still remained unhappy :/ but I do recommend kammie she always keeps m

I had a pleasant experience at PetSmart! Natalie at the register was incredibly friendly, greeted us with a big smile, and was very knowledgeable. She helped us figure out how to use the app for reward points and gave us helpful tips on getting started with our new fish tank. It’s so refreshing to see someone in customer service who is genuinely kind and helpful. Thank you, Natalie!

Called them to make sure they had an item available in store before driving down to the store.(online said a limited stock) but everyone knows that could just mean 1 left or none at all. Dana(whom I believe), answered my call right off the back sounded annoyed. Once I asked if they could check for me she replied with “I don’t have anyone to check for you” I’m sorry, aren’t you an employee who just have to type in an item number into your system!? Literally takes 10 seconds or less to do so. Nope! She was just trying to get off the phone. In a rude way she told me to go online and check what they have available. I told her that’s the whole reason I was calling to MAKE SURE THEY DO IN FACT HAVE THE ITEM AVAILABLE SINCE I HAD CHECKED ONLINE!!! She said, I don’t have anyone to check for you. H

Evey time we come to this location we are always greeted with kindness and tentatively being aware of their customers. The staff here make me want to drive the extra just for their customer service. I feel that they ultimately care about the well-being of they're animals they are doing business with. Thank all of you at this store for making some adopted parents feel the way they do, our first adoption we went and another family was there for they're furr baby and received the same treatment❣️ Kudos and keep up the phenomenal work you all do❣️

2:06 pm to 2:10pm the lady was rude. She was bending down putting items on a floor display. When I asked her where the cages were. She said over on that Aisle. Unaware of what I needed after finding the items. I asked politely again hey if you’re not busy can you help me understand what all I would need. She ignored me, said yes but never came. Went to the register to call the other black lady to help me while she took over the line. That was rude and showed she didn’t want to help me because of my skin color. I work way harder than her to not treat me how I would have treated her. I sit in places with many people of races including politicians that represent our state and they don’t even try to be little people because of race. Do better! This is why I’m in law school because people sho
