Pets R People 2

This was the first time bringing my Toby to Pets R People 2. Toby had been through a very bad experience with a mobile groomer. But the ladies there were excellent with him. That put me and Toby at ease. He was happy when I left him and happy when I picked him up. The haircut was just what I wanted. The prices were fair and reasonable. They have a client for life. The made the experience for Toby a wonderful experience. Which for me is all that matters. Is that my pup is treated kindly. Ladies you are awesome. I can’t thank you enough.

Grooming was okay, price was reasonable. The place itself looks kinda sketchy, esp with the boarded up room where they keep the dogs in the kennels. The owner seemed very anal about dogs peeping in their property, which is understandable, but hey.... you're in this type of business, dogs will do their business. Well, we gave them a chance, based on their rating, but we chose other groomer going forward.

Pets R People 2 always does a great job on my girl. They are gentle, quick and affordable. I've been coming here for a few months now and I every time I've picked up my dog, she's been a happy girl, which tells me that she's treated well and the environment is welcoming for her. This was important to me in a choosing a groomer because I've had anxiety in the past of leaving my dog someplace and not knowing how she will be treated. I'm glad to say that I no longer feel that way and I'm confident that they'll do a great job on her groom.

Had a very positive experience from day one. The staff including the owner are very friendly and reassuring. Their goal is to give you exactly what you want and they take time to listen. Very professional and obviously genuine dog lovers. They have mobile services also. The establishment itself is somewhat small and 'hidden' from the street. There is a banner advertising grooming services out front but they could probably put something up that's a bit more conspicuous. Their pricing is about average but they do a great job. You won't be disappointed.

One of our dog needs x-rays thanks to their mishandling and straining her during service. If we would have known at the time, we would pursue a lawsuit. She also got of an ear infection from stray cut furs (look it up), we had to medically treat her. Additionally, one of our other dog's didn't have her teeth brushed, despite it being a full bath and fur cut services. Then one of the ladies had an incredibly rude and dismissive demeanor when came time to pick her up. I heard that same lady being so rude at one of the dogs in the back while she was retrieving my dog. So I have no clue if she was being rude and disrespectful to our dog or someone else's. When asked about our dog's behavior, the lady shrugged it off before I left. Which is incredibly odd, since we have had this dog for 7 ye
