Fox Valley Dog Training Club

I brought my dog here for training several years ago and did not return after the first class (which was only 30 minutes!!). My original review is gone so im leaving another. The space is loud and chaotic, not at all conducive for training. Our trainer insisted a prong collar was the only way she was going to train. A good trainer doesn't need a tool like that, they should be thoroughly trained in positive reinforcement. After working with the facility to cancel the rest of our classes, the woman I was working with said she would shred the check I sent for payment and instead it was deposited (I did get the money back). I do not recommend this facility to anybody until they get better trainers that use positive reinforcement training.

Enrolled in the 8 week beginner puppy class. Chris is awesome at demonstrating everything and my puppy has definitely seen improvement. The space is a bit hard to hear but it’s easy to catch on to what they want you to do. Would definitely recommend taking classes and will be continuing to use them in the future!

Very knowledgeable people! Great learning place for my dogs and myself.
