My jumped off our bed, like she usually has for the past 12yrs,but hurt her spine. The vet was very good helping us find out what really happened, because her front legs were completely numb,he's our hero. After 3 injections she's back to herself. We did buy her a ramp, to avoid further accidents. A bit pricey but totally worth it. I highly recommend this place for any pet.

I took my 2 year old Dog who had Colitis. The Dr and Staff were nice and helpful. They took care of us when no one else was open on a Saturday. Dr.Rocha gave us some meds and helped me with changing my dog’s food. 2 months later my dog is healthily and happy

I took my dog here for an exam first time we went the assistance from the front and the nurses where not rude the doctor only speaks Spanish and he was a bit rude when he spoke with us he started to get mad because he was asking questions about my dog when I answered him in Spanish politely he still spoked aggressively I was like he is just old school and he is very passionate about his job but unfortunately he is just a rude old man. This past Friday 2/27/26 My dog had an appointment to see how she was doing with the medicine he gave her because she had an infection our appointment was at 5pm we got there at 4:45pm there was 1 person in the clinic The nurse man was polite took our dogs temp and weight then took us to the room, these rooms are old and the tables are rusted he comes in ans

Dr. Rocha and his team always take care of our pets, something I learned is just let them do their job give them the info and let them see what’s going on just like any doctor or specialist. A lot of people come in panicked or stressed and take it out on the doctor or staff. I’ve never experienced any rudeness from the doctor or team. I just believe it’s all on treat people the way you’d like to be treated and results speak! Thank you to the staff members which forgive us for not getting your name but has a beard and curly hair with glasses for gifting us hills science dog food as a courtesy! And Dr Rocha may you live many more strong years! We appreciate your work🙏🏻

listen to the bad reviews. That vet DOES NOT LISTEN, completely kept ignoring me.i went in for a UTI AND to get an eye cream. I tried to explain my cat has a condition he will have his whole life and I needed his CREAM. He just walks away! Comes back and starts explaining the UTI. I say TY but also need the cream. HE IGNORES ME AGAIN. Anything I said it was like I was not there. VERY WEIRD! I spoke to the vet assistants. Told him I need a cream too and want to make sure he heard me. THAT GUY IGNORES ME. Now I’m irritated and I tell him I NEED MY DAMN CREAM. And he said “WHAT DO YOU NEED IT FOR?” I JUST EXPLAINED 5 MINUTES AGO! Anyways they gave me my cream and cat UTI meds. My cat got better. BUT THIS WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE, no it’s not because he only speaks Spanish, I speak Spanish too
