First experience at the office was great. Staff were friendly and Dr.Ortez is so patient and detailed couldn’t be happier. She even called me on a Saturday to let me know the results. Highly recommend!!

Such caring staff and doctors. We've been going here for over 40 years for all of our birds, cats, and dogs. Dr. Hall is amazing and so dedicated. We just recently nearly lost our precious 9 year old dog to a mysterious illness, and they were able to bring her back from the brink. We are so grateful for everyone at Fairport Animal Hospital for their kindness, dedication, and knowledge. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a great experience here with my ferrets. I had a very hard time trying to find an exotic veterinarian that was taking new pets, but Fairport Animal Hospital was able to get me in only waiting a month. The prices are very reasonable and the doc was very willing to chat and answer any questions. Would recommend!!

My sister and mom’s experience with this vet has been disgraceful. My mom called about 2 yrs ago and her dogs eye was hanging out of his head due to an accident and they gave her a 4 pm appt when she called at 11am. Also. She’s 88 years old and had to hold her dogs eye in until then My sister called yesterday to have her cat put down and they had no appts yesterday or today???? Shouldn’t that be something you squeeze in? Such a disgrace.

Came in for loss of weight and cat still acting off after prior treatment elsewhere. Dr. Amy was very kind, and although it was the news I was least hoping for; I can have closure in his passing knowing what was wrong with him. Everyone Loved Marmalade, and he is deeply missed. Thank you for trying to help.
