The staff is super friendly and always helpful. I love bringing my bully pitt with me while I shop. One of these days when I have time, we're going to use the tubs in the back and bathe my boy. The prices are reasonable and I can get some real bonding time. I can bring my own shampoo and stuff or use what they supply.

I have been a loyal customer for nearly 13 years. Unfortunately, over the past year, I have noticed a decline in the level of service at the Fairport location. On multiple occasions, staff have greeted and assisted other customers while I was overlooked, despite my own efforts to engage courteously. I was disappointed when the Victor location closed, as the team there consistently provided excellent service and maintained a clean, well-organized, and modern self-wash area. I also enjoyed purchasing bakery items for my dog during my visits. Going forward, I will continue my business at the Brighton location. Although it is a bit farther for me, the staff there have consistently offered excellent service during my recent visits, making the extra distance worthwhile.

Purchased a 30 lbs. bag of dog food. This is the only place to find Fromm dog food at a reasonable price. I was there with my 4 year old granddaughter and multiple staff members offered to carry the bag to our car. Not necessary, but so nice, thoughtful and kind. Can't say enough good things about the people at this location if the chain.

This is our favorite pet store (local) chain. We purchase all our cat food and treats through them. They have great sales, coupons and rewards. The staff are friendly and helpful. They also have a great return policy so you don't have to worry about trying a new product.

I was greeted when I walked in. Someone checked on me when I was shopping, to see if I found what was looking for. After I cashed out someone brought my bags to the car.
