Sunday, February, snow. My senior dogs nails got so long they criss crossed over each other and she started limping. I was able to get this anxiety ridden old lady in in under and hour. We got in immediately and she cut all of her nails. Perfect. My little lady is now in stealth mode- you can't hear her nails tippy tap when she sneaks in a room now. So grateful for the understanding of an anxiety ridden tiny dog and keeping us out of urgent care for something simple.

Heather is great! Excellent grooming and care. Recently my dog was diagnosed with arthritis. I think she knew this before I did as she mentioned my dog's legs were extra sensitive while grooming. (She's been my dog's groomer for years.). Heather offered me helpful tips as well as sympathy. I would call her a full-service groomer and a friend.

I have been taking my dog here for years now. The groomers are attentive and give my little monster the best haircuts he's ever had. He is possibly the worst client to have--not only does he squirm, but he gets aggressive when anyone touches his paws--but Heather is always happy to see him and is so nice and attentive. I have recommended Paw Springs to anyone I know who is looking for a groomer. You won't be disappointed!
