Amazing store. Super clean tanks and enclosures, great selections, friendly and knowledgeable staff, competitive pricing. As a former pet store owner myself I was very impressed. I will absolutely do business with them a lot more. Great shop guys.

This is a crappy and poorly ran business just trying to make a profit off of animals. Please do not purchase animals from here or support them. First off, they provide the animals there with horrible, improper, and not even bare minimum care. Most snakes are in bare, small fish tanks with nothing but newspaper and a light, not even one hide. 5+ foot snakes in 20 gallon tanks. 5 foot lizards in tanks with barely enough room for them to turn around in. Living in them for months because no one wants to buy them. They don’t even really discount them over time. They are asking outrageous prices for these animals and most are not in good condition. Some have mites and diseases. The animals are not treated by a veterinarian ever, even if they get deathly sick.They make the uneducated employees at

The staff were great. They took care of the animals pretty well. One concern that I had was the parrots water was pretty dirty. If an employee reads this I recommend changing the water twice daily. I would come here again in a heartbeat. The staff was offering true facts about the animals. Great place overall. P.S. The fish were great too. They had a beautiful pufferfish. I didn’t have much time to look at them but I loved it. I recommend it.

I purchased a 10 week old ferret here a little over a week ago, and truthfully, I’m very disappointed with my experience and I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a ferret. For starters, I paid by phone on Wednesday and picked him up Friday evening due to us being a little under 2 hours away. He is a Marshall’s ferret and should have came with a birth certificate and receipt, neither of which were given to me until I drove back to get them, and after getting home, I realized I still hadn’t received a receipt. Thankfully, they were able to email me a copy, but this still should not have happened. I specifically picked this place because I’m not a huge fan of corporate pet stores, and also assumed they would be more knowledgeable due to being an exotics store. Wro

Very disturbing. We went looking for some live plants for our aquariums. There were several tanks filled with dead fish. The beta section had every cup clearly not cared for in days. The smell in the reptile room was so extreme it made our eyes water and I noticed animals with no water and horrific conditions. I hope the owner just doesn't know what state it's in, can find out and do something about it.
