I had an excellent experience at Encino Pet Hospital and Emergency and I highly recommend them. The staff was calm, kind, and professional from the moment we walked in. They treated my dog with real care and respect and made sure he was comfortable the whole time. The vet explained everything clearly and answered every question without rushing. The hospital was clean, organized, and efficient, which helped me feel confident and less stressed. You can tell they truly care about animals and their owners. I am very grateful for their help and would trust them again without hesitation.

Encino Pet Hospital and Emergency has been absolutely incredible in caring for my dog, who has Cushing’s disease. From the very beginning, the entire staff has been compassionate, attentive, and genuinely invested in my dog’s well-being. Dr Farahany really knew his stuff. I took my Frenchie here for bladder stones, he got her on a diet to dissolve the stones so she didn’t need surgery. I was apprehensive to have surgery because her last surgery was really hard on her, he understood this and gave us another option. I’m forever grateful. The rest of the staff were also very kind and professional. My Milla loves attention and can sometimes be a handful but they were able to handle her just fine. I’ll be telling everyone to come here. Excellent customer service from start to finish. The front desk staff was welcoming, helpful, and very organized, and the doctor and support team were amazing. My pet was very well taken care of and clearly treated with kindness and professionalism. We had a spay and microchip done, and I’m very happy with the treatment and care provided. My pet came home comfortable and happy. Highly recommend this veterinary office!

I would not recommend this veterinary clinic based on my repeated experiences there. I have brought multiple pets to this facility over time and have consistently left feeling dissatisfied and concerned about the care provided. On one occasion, I brought my cat in for bloating. I was told he required immediate surgery because his bladder was at risk of rupturing. After bringing him home, I managed his symptoms conservatively with pumpkin and a mild laxative, and his bloating resolved without surgical intervention. In another instance, I brought my dog in and was informed she had an infection that required surgery and was all of a sudden put into a life or death situation with the doctors not wanting to release my pet back to me. The surgery quote was ridiculous ($6,000+) , I had the surg
