I visited this new grooming salon and was very impressed. The work was done quickly and professionally, and the owner of the salon is such a pleasant and kind person. This is the first grooming salon where my dog was not afraid when I came to pick her up. I truly felt that the goal here is not only to groom the dog, but also to become a friend to her. I sincerely wish this salon success and prosperity!

We had a great experience at this grooming salon with our sphinx. The staff was very gentle and professional. They did an excellent job with bathing, skin care, cleaning his eyes and ears, and trimming his nails. Everything was done carefully and with attention to detail. Highly recommend this place.

I’m very disappointed with this grooming service. I was charged $110 (not including tip), and the quality was far below what I expected. As you can see in the photo taken immediately after grooming at the shop, my dog’s face was unevenly cut — the hair around his nose on the left and right sides is clearly not the same length. They also did not trim his ear hair at all, which makes the grooming look unfinished and sloppy. This grooming was done right before Christmas, and I went on a holiday trip. When I returned, 12 days later, I contacted the groomer politely asking if they could fix his face, since the uneven cut was still very noticeable. They refused, saying it had been almost two weeks already, even though the issue was clearly from the original grooming. For such an expensive servic

I’m so happy I found this place for my dog! I really loved it. The groomer is wonderful. My dog wasn’t stressed at all. It’s a very comfortable and cozy place. Highly recommend to everyone!
