The staff was attentive and caring to my dogs needs and even empathic to my situation as well . My financial situation is not good at the moment to say the least they offered to comp the medication which really caught me off guard and was extremely kind . I would definitely recommend there services < br />Thank you guys again The doctor, She was really nice and she even understood the complications of having a white dog ( aligeries/ immune system issues < br />She have really good bedside manner What I appreciated most is the kindness. I'm a walking ball of anxiety when my dog is not doing good and they were able to decompress the anxiety instantly

My husband and I were very pleased with the care our cat received and appreciated all the kindness they put into making sure he was well taken care of. Doctor Brittany Ciepluch, the surgeon who performed our cats PU surgery was amazing! Great communication, caring and positive attitude, and incredibly knowledgeable. The technician who handled our discharge did a fantastic job of explaining everything post-op and went the extra mile to confirm medication times before we left with him. What I appreciated most is the amazing care from Doctor Brittany Ciepluch. Hands down. She did a terrific job of making us feel comfortable with her caring for our cat and she was also very genuine and caring. We could not have asked for a better experience and our sweet boy is doing fantastic!

I cannot thank Emergency Veterinary and Specialty Services enough for what they did for my pets after a terrible car accident. I was rear-ended on Highway 81 and taken to the hospital, leaving my dog Gator and cat Simone in the care of this clinic. It was one of the scariest moments of my life, but the staff here truly saved us. My dog had internal bleeding, and thanks to their quick action and incredible care, he pulled through after several days of treatment. The veterinarians and staff were compassionate, attentive, and thorough, keeping me informed and making sure both of my pets were safe and comfortable during such a traumatic time. I don’t know how they survived the accident, but I do know that this clinic gave them the best possible chance. Today both Gator and Simone are healthy

Very helpful and quick in our emergency situation. Assessed everything in a timely manner and with care. Very kind to me during the whole process too, which helped a lot. I don't remember any names but there was one young woman in particular with glasses and short hair that checked us in. She was so kind and helpful and went the extra mile to help me specifically during this time. She got me water, checked on me, kept me updated and brought my dog to me so I could see her before having to leave her overnight. She assured me they would all take good care of my dog and I believe they did. They told me how sweet my dog is and she just likes to be held, which is true. My dog seemed more at ease when I picked her up as opposed to when I left her, so I appreciate that a lot. Thank you so much!

I’m a former vet assistant who seen and experienced a lot with fur babies and humans. These ladies were so kind, so soft, and genuine. We had a horrific thing happen to our baby tigger. We called the number and a kind voice asked what was going on, after listening to the details told us to come in being upfront about possible wait time before we even arrived. They were up front with prices first thing. From the time they carried tigger to the back to the moment they kindly reassured our heartbreaking choice to say goodbye for now, felt like a blink of an eye in a calm and peaceful way.
