These wonderful people saved my dog's life. My poor dog was pooping and vomiting her own blood last night so my mom rushed her to the vet. She had had a dental cleaning and the vet removed some loose teeth, so I'd assumed it was related to that. It turns out my poor dog had severe gastroenteritis from the pain pills that were prescribed her. My poor dog could have died from dehydration. Thankfully the awesome people at the Emergency Vet knew exactly what to do! They gave her fluids under her skin and did other things to help her. They were wonderful to my mom and our dog. I am happy to report she looks 100% better today!! THANK YOU Emergency Vet! So this was a hard week for my family. Our other dog, Sam, a toy poodle had a chronic heart condition and other issues and we knew we were gett
They took phenomenal care of my kitty! She actually was purring and rubbing against them(which is odd to see her do with anyone other than my family)- they cared for her with kindness. They were transparent about everything, from treatment to prices(including itemized estimates yay). They also gave me a blanket when I was cold!! They made sure she knew she was safe and cared for. Both the day and night staff cared for her amazingly and I couldn’t be more grateful!
When we got Ripley's cancer diagnosis, we were determined to have as much time with her before it was time. Unfortunately, she had an emergency a few weeks later and we had to take her to Emergency Vet Hospital of Coeur d'Alene and we had to put her to sleep. I think about the people here at least once a week. Every single person we interacted with at this hospital exhibited so much compassion. Remember, they see this every day, multiple times a day, and not one person, from the receptionists, to the vet techs, to the vets themselves, acted callous. They took their time to explain things, got Ripley in quickly, gave us all the information we needed, and, finally, heartbreakingly, let us sit with her as she passed, listening to our dumb little stories about how she used to jump our 6 foot f
Dr. Anders Langworthy, Jenell, and the whole team here saved my 13 year old Yorkie, Bentley. He had a large surgical instrument stuck inside of him…. A very scary (malpractice) error that was made by a previous vet, at a different clinic. I was in shock, panicked, horrified…. Jenell was so caring. She skillfully reviewed the risks, but then provided me a sense of calm. She gave me the confidence I needed to let them help. My saving grace 🙏. Dr. Anders was intelligent, skilled, responsible, calm…. He made a plan for Bentleys surgical care that aligned with my needs and goals for Bentley. I was so panicked…. I didn’t care that he wasn’t a “specialist” or working in the most advanced facility in the region. I tried the (apparently) most advanced facility in the region… I initially drove hi
Money or ethics. I was today comfort care at home isn't an option. The only option I can't afford as Im not allowed to work because of disability and in Trumps America. I got denied on Wednesday for the 1st time but after 20 years of fighting it and working. Go look up their hedge fund corporate overlords before you decide that your family members would get care. Any at all because I got, give us money or we'll guilt you into it. That vet murdered her morals and ethics today. Forwarding be careful of any corporate vet. GO LOCAL ALWAYS! Fun fact: my 1st pug died by euthanasia at the hospital on mission... they kindly covered it. I could pay for it this time but a reasonable amount. $150 visit $888-1053 for diagnostic $unknown? Treatment Next options... Approx: $450 euthanasia on top of $
