Embassy Veterinary Center Hardin Valley

I needed to get in quickly for my cat’s sudden issue, and they were able to get me in within two hours of calling! I initially called the Lenoir City location, but they were full and checked their other locations for me to make the whole process super easy in a stressful and time-sensitive situation! The Hardin Valley location has a wonderful, kind staff that handled my senior kitty with amazing skill and gentle care. I would highly recommend this location (and Lenoir City, too) for their prompt attention and assistance with my precious pet. He is doing wonderfully thanks to their excellent care! Highly recommend embassy in Hardin valley! I had called over 10 places trying to find a Vet for my brand new sick kitty to be seen and embassy was the only place able to squeeze me in same day appointment! We were seen quickly and my kitty got thorough care! Will definitely be keeping Embassy as our home vet :)

Buddy was sick at home. Called Embassy to see if they could see us. They said to come in immediately. When we got there we were ushered in and they treated him so loving and explained him treatment and the probable cause. Professional and friendly staff. He is doing better today and on the road to recovery. I would highly recommend Embassy Veterinary to everyone!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Emily and Montana. We suspected our golden retriever had cancer and our regular vet was closed for the Thanksgiving holiday. Embassy was open and saw us immediately. Unfortunately, Bogey did have lymphoma. The entire staff was so kind and accommodating to me throughout the entire process. We just received a sympathy card which reminded me to write this review. 10/10 recommend. Thank you all for your kindness and support.

Our dog was not himself so I was able to get him a Saturday appointment the same day. Dr. Willems was able to rule out many issues right off the bat and decided he needed bloodwork. As always, before any work had been done, I was provided a complete estimate of what was recommended and was allowed to choose only what was necessary if I needed to. This is the only vet hospital I can say that honestly works with you on these things. Since it was a relative emergency, I went with all the tests and was glad we did because that revealed the issue. After some fluids and an injection of some medicine, our dog was on the mend. A couple days later he was right as rain. Dr. Willems is amazing.
