Ellen’s Dog Grooming

Our puppy had his first groom here today and I will happily return. Andrew did a fantastic job, and the cut turned out exactly how we wanted it. I highly recommend Ellen's Dog Grooming.

I was having trouble finding a place to clip my dog's nails that is open on Saturday! Ellen's got me right in and did a great job!!!! Great price too!

I have brought my puppy here a few times and was very pleased with their work as Peter did a phenomenal job. Recently the groomer switched and they did a horrendous job on my puppy and I was furious at the work as the look was not for what I asked for. I expressed that I did not like the job and felt my opinion was overlook and I have visual proof of what I asked for. I would definitely give this company 5 stars for their ethic and timing of service. As far as quality and communication with the customer, I give them a 2. I’m hoping changes are corrected in the future. **Update** After the customer service with the groomer agonizing me due to my original review. I WOULD NOT recommend this establishment. “I made an appointment in advance, but when I arrived, I was told the office had overbooked. From the moment I walked in, I was treated as though I didn’t belong there. When I walked in I instantly felt the stares. It was so uncomfortable. One of the staff members even suggested that I had made a mistake, when in reality it was a scheduling error on their end. After I explained the situation, another staff member eventually admitted it was their error and took responsibility. Even so, I was still asked to leave and told I would need to reschedule. They should have found a way to fit us in. It might put them back a little but that's the business and since it was their mistake they should have accommodated me and apologized. Ellen has a lot of years of experience grooming dogs and it shows. One of the reasons we chose Ellen's over the big box store. We weren't disappointed. Colby did a great job on grooming our little cutie! Thanks!
