Dream Katcher Lodge

The review by Michael is completely false. He has never boarded a pet at Dream Katcher Lodge, and is clearly being dishonest. Dream Katcher is one of the cleanest and most caring facilites you'll find. The owner and staff are outstanding as well.

The owner has no clue how to run a business and refuses to make necessary changes on the few occasions she decides to come in which have led to deaths and unnecessary injuries. I wouldn’t bring my pet within a mile of this place after seeing all the stains as I was given a tour of the facility and being told the price of what the service would cost I almost had a heart attack. The owner is the most rude and disrespectful person I’ve ever had the unpleasantness of encountering. If you don’t like what she has to say she becomes short, fast. In due, I would not take my beloved pup or kitty to this shoddy business with the place literally crumbling around it.

I was given a tour of the facility, I was happy with how things were run. The place was clean and tidy. The animals are all well taken care of, and the staff you can tell truly care about the animals. I've never had any issues with them, and they all put the animals first.

Our 3 cats stayed in a kitty condo together and were cared for by great staff. We could view them on camera all weekend and they had a large window. We will book them again.

Thank you Dream katcher for taking care of our sweet Eve on her last few days. We have such comfort knowing you were all loving on her and doing the best for her! Marshall thanks you also for taking care of his sister! He will see you again soon! Dan and Amy Stedham
