dogz training and behavior

Started off with a scared "puppy pony" who wouldn't join the rest of her puppy preschool class and preferred to stay under the benches for the majority of her classes. After 2 6 week classes I am proud to say Ms. Clementine Jane is no longer my baby fraidy Dane. By her graduation day she had so much more confidence, was playing with her classmates and new her basic commands! Sarah is so patient and knowledgeable I can't thank her enough for helping my puppy find her stride!

Our rescue pup had extreme fear, resource guarding issues, and would lunge to bite us and anyone who came near him. We could barely put a leash on him because he was so fearful of everything. Sarah pretty much saved our dog. Not only did the training provide our dog with the confidence he needed to feel safe, but he is now so, so happy! He absolutely loves people and he no longer bites or guards. We also love that Sarah taught us how to recognize different behaviors (head down, ears back) and react appropriately. Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable and patient! We are so thankful.

Friendly and safe atmosphere. Sarah is great with the dogs and their humans. We are learning more than just “skills” like how puppies developed, behave and what their needs are.

If you're a new pet owner and you don't know where to start with dog training, Sarah will walk you through it the right way the first time. During an average class, you can expect to learn a bunch of tips and tricks from training related questions that come up from other students. This, to me, has been one of the biggest benefits of training with Sarah. She's able to give one-on-one attention to individual needs in a classroom setting without missing a beat. Thanks Sarah!

I was so fortunate to get referred to Sarah at Dogz Inc. for my 1 yr. old Siberian Husky, Myka!! He was fearful of going down stairs so I had to carry him down for an entire year! Recovering from shoulder surgery this was not an easy thing…so I was is need of a great trainer to show me how to help my sweet boy in my home. Sarah was absolutely amazing !! Building trust with him and making him her buddy within minutes was a sight to see, not to mention going up and down the stairs within 20 minutes of our home private lesson.
