Emily and Sarah are great!! Today we had a new employee groom our pup. Sadly it took double the time (4 hours) however the new groomer was super sweet!! I'm sympathetic to anyone new and in the process of learning. With that said I just wish I new previously the dynamic of that particular appointment. Highly recommend!!! 🩷🐕

Emily is amazing. I can’t say enough good things about her and Dog Gone Pretty. My dog always comes back perfect. Do not hesitate to trust your animals to Dog Gone Pretty.

After using the same groomer for 8+ years, I’m now looking for a new one in the knoxville area… I’m not sure how an increase of $100 for one grooming visit can be justified! A $50 per dog increase is absolutely insane and this is absolutely no exaggeration! I love our groomer Jeremy at #doggonepretty but unfortunately I will not pay these new prices! I don’t have a problem with increase, it’s part of life but that’s a huge jump! It’s sad that there is nothing to be said for loyalty and being a customer for so long! And as for the lady who was working the desk, you could absolutely work on your customer service skills, they’re lacking!

Sarah did a wonderful job on my husky! He was blowing out his winter coat and needed a good deshed, he looks 15 pounds lighter lol. I will say they are a little more pricey, HOWEVER, the work reflects the price. Seriously the best groom he has ever had, we will be returning!!

I absolutely love this place I typically only bring my milo considering he is a little more behaved and his hair is crazier and needs a little more upkeep but I am always beyond happy with their results each time Kayla does amazingg. I love to bring them here and if you are trying to find somewhere to bring your pup I could not recommend this place more!!
