Would look elsewhere for daycare / boarding needs. Usually go to Beverly’s and have had nothing but great experiences, however, they were closed and chose DogDayz as an alternative. When picking my up dog Zeus the next morning he was limping and just overall flustered. Come to find out later his paw pad was torn / peeled back which was causing discomfort every time he took a step. Obviously was not made aware of this by the staff here who apparently keep such a close eye on your pet while there.. lol. Called, asked for details as to why my dog was returned to me limping, the lady at the front didn’t know how to work the computer to look at notes. Next person says “yeah we don’t know what to tell you, accidents happen I guess” … what accident? Why was I not made aware upon pickup? Communica

My dog had been attending day camp at DogDayz for over a year. Usually once a week. Never really had any major issues with them but there were a few times I picked him up and noticed that he smelled like urine, but I get it, he’s playing with dogs. The first 7 months were great. I always asked when I picked him up how his behavior was and aside from an occasional off day they always said he was a good boy or that they love him and used him as one of the dogs they introduce to new campers. I had also been called or asked at drop offs if they can use him for the grooming academy because he is a great dog for them to practice on. When you need an good quality and available dog groomer... dog dayz is my go to! Wow was it easy and quick to get my pup taken care of with great quality. I love how they have handled COVID, they stayed professional the whole process. Not only does this place do groomer for your pup but training, and boarding! The location was VERY easy to get to in addition to all of this! Win win for me and will so be coming back for more services.

I boarded my 10 month old French Bulldog, Matilda, the last weekend of October for a couple nights and was SO nervous since I had never left her overnight before. DogDayz is only about 10 minutes from where my husband and I live in Fishers so we decided to give them a try. I'm really pleased with the service. My parents were nice enough to pick our pup up from the facility and they were also pleased with the staff and the condition Matilda was in when they picked her up (happy, healthy, and tuckered out from all the fun). My husband and I LOVED the nightly update texts with pictures to put our first-time pawrent stress at ease! I called stressed & exhausted as we just adopted an 8 week old puppy. she would scream bloody murder in her crate..when i say she screamed she would scream so loud I could hear her outside. i was at my wits end. i called looking for training and boarding and the owner…i forget his name 😅 picked up the phone. he gave me some advice & honestly it was the best advice i have received. my puppy used to cry and scream day & night if I wasnt around to hold her. with consistent crate training..she is literally a different dog. she cuddles on her bed by herself, does not cry anymore & will sleep perfectly fine while I am out working. cannot thank him enough for his advice. i can now sleep in peace knowing my little one is getting the hang of being a puppy.
