Dog Wash of Tahoe

My dogs needed both my doggies nail done when we arrived to our family cabin. I called in the am, they called back promptly, said we can just come on over and they will take care of us. They were all great with the my dogs. Both are recent rescues, and were nervous. The handling was kind and got them done nicely with me there. I would definitely return for any grooming assistance we may need in the future.

I absolutely love this place and the staff! They took care of my husky in and out in 2 hours versus other places that would have her for 8 hours she was much happier and so was I. They did a beautiful job. ♥️♥️

I had to give them a star to rate but my dog is 9 months super healthy took him here one time got a really bad ear infection on the left a mild one on the right and he his ears were still dirty, they didn’t let me know he was difficult to wash or even let me know they couldn’t work on him properly, NEVER taking ANY of my fur babies here. the washing costed me more than it was worth. WITH a hefty vet bill included, he Has woken up crying and he can’t sleep due to his ear WORST DOG WASH OF TAHOE.!! At least let me know my fur baby is difficult let’s see you deal with a damn ear infection DO NOT GO HERE. many dogs went to my vet with ear Infections after coming here

First of all my dog is only 18 months old. He has been groomed many times and once shaved for summer. Has had different groomers. Not one complaint. He had a ten o'clock appointment. Was there exactly on time. I told them I had a noon appointment myself. He said my dog should be done in approximately three hours. So that would be one o'clock. He said maybe I should reschedule, since I double booked. I smelled trouble right there. Not good customer service. Anyway, he decided it would be ok. But seriously, I never had a groomer so inflexible and with such an attitude. An hour and a half later they called me. "My dog was biting. He didn't want his feet touched." "They were using a muzzle.
