Dog grooming by Olivia

My dog has been terrified of groomers her whole life - before Olivia she had to get dragged back to the grooming room. After my dog got to know Olivia, she greets her happily at every appointment and runs back for her haircut. It’s such a relief to see how comfortable my pup is with Olivia, and know how well she’s cared for as she’s groomed.

Just had our first grooming for our two doodles and I am THRILLED! Olivia was so nice and really went the extra mile to make sure they left looking fabulous. Great communication from the booking process to drop off and through their appointment! She really listened to what we were looking for and knocked it out of the park! Olivia is incredible. The most important thing to me is how my three very different Bernese Mountain dogs are treated. Olivia has worked her magic on the terrified one-year old, the bouncy 8 year old, and our grand dame (almost 11), who can't stand very long. She treats them as the individuals they are and makes them look beautiful! We are so very lucky she is willing to deal with that much hair! Thank you, Olivia!

Olivia does an exceptional job grooming our sweet dog! We have been going to her for a couple years now, since we adopted him and she is so patient with him as he was very shy. She is very kind to all of the animals and puts a lot of thought into doing his hair and nails and he is always happy to go in to her place of business. Highly recommend this business and recommend booking these appointments in advance to make sure you get in!
