They took great care of my labradoodle, Chief. He looks so handsome and smells nice. Very sweet worker at drop off and pick up! It was quick and he didn't have to spend all day at the salon!

Sallie did a very good job on my sweet Maggie May today! Owner was very nice as well! We have already made another appointment!

We carried our 2 yorkies for a haircut. We were highly disappointed when we picked them. It really looked like an amateur groomer had gotten ahold of them. Our bill was $120 for the two of them. Of course we usually tip our groomer but not this time. The groomer did say she had a problem with our small yorkies face. In fairness we should have let the owner know but we believe the groomer knew it was a terrible job. I mean what was she going to do glue the hair back on? We have used them once before but will go someone else from here on out.

SO RUDE! i dropped my 2 dogs off for their appointment saturday 11/26/2023. I don’t know the lady’s name but she was so rude to me. Immediately when i took my dogs in my smallest one was scared and was crying a little bit. The lady working told my dog to shut up that she was not listening to that all day right in front of me. Then, my dogs were scheduled for a cut and she told me that she was not staying late to cut them and that they were not down for a cut. So i told her that I would reschedule and that was ok. I will NEVER be bringing my dogs back here. I don’t know why I didn’t just take my dogs and leave that second but for some reason I left them with this lady. I understand having bad days, but I haven’t done anything to this women. There is no reason to be rude to me.
