Dee's Grooming Gallery - Dog Only

Dee and the crew have been taking care of my fur baby Cocoa Butter for years. Today Shea Butter got her first puppy haircut and they did an outstanding job. They are incredibly kind and the entire staff is helpful and cares so much about my babies. I know they’re always in good hands.

I feel like every doodle owner goes through the trial & error of finding their go-to groomer. I am so glad the search ended here for me. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable about not only the desired cuts, but what you can & cannot expect for their style of hair, precautions to take & they are very efficient with how they set expectations. I make my next appointment the same day of my visit so I don’t have to wait. Love them!

They are consistently unfriendly and very inflexible with timing. You must drop off in the morning and be there quickly upon short notice. Today was the final straw. We were given less than 45 minutes notice and threatened with an additional ‘late’ fee if not picked up at a time well before posted closing time.

I read a few of these reviews and I started laughing. I’m not sure if someone is upset and posting fake negative reviews or what. We’ve been going to Dee’s in Smyrna for about 18 months and I have nothing but great things to say about Jessica and the staff. I mean yeah one time their credit card machine was broken, but they got it fixed. I do have a few questions for prospective clients…….. 1. Are your expectations reasonable? I’m a doodle owner and some come in wanting this very specific haircut they saw. 2. I always ask how my dog did that day. Based on the feedback, I work with him at home between visits (touching feet, touching ears, brushing him out, etc) 3. I make my next appointment before we leave. Yes, it’s tough to schedule that far out but my dentist expects me to schedule 6

We are always so pleased with our two 70lb golden doodles haircuts! We have tried a few places in Smyrna and Dee’s has been the very best. Jessica at the front desk is so kind and accommodating and the groomers there truly understand what I ask for and do it right! This can be hard for doodles because people want different cuts. My boys always look so fresh and handsome, always happy with the outcome from Dee’s!
