Dawg Tired Augusta LLC

Took my dog in for a temperament test to board. He was there 30 min before I got a call saying he wasn’t doing well. I have never had a boarding facility not even attempt with my dog. And to top it off I was still charged $20 for the 30 minutes they had him. When they brought him out to me he was wet! I asked them why and they said they were cleaning and he must have been playing in the water, my dog does NOT like water! The facility also appeared dirty and run down

We’ve been boarding our dogs at Dawg Tired Augusta for over a year now and we love it! Their team has always been so kind and accommodating. We have three dogs, all over 70+lbs so it can be overwhelming but they handle it was ease. Because they are a smaller, family owned business, we truly feel like our dogs get plenty of love, pets, and play time. They aren’t “just another dog,” they are truly a member of the pack. I highly recommend Dawg Tired Augusta!

We had 2 bad experiences with Dawg Tired. Both times we picked our dog up and he had poop on him. We informed the office attendant and she stated that she didn’t notice it and she did not offer to clean him. The Owner called and apologized and gave us a free bath the next stay, which we did give them another chance since he attended there for so long. Everything went well the next visit and he received the free bath after his stay. But his last stay in March was the worse. He was covered in poop again. That was it. My fur baby will not go back. I tried calling the owner but they were out due to their baby being born.

We had a graduation to attend in Augusta and Sarah was nice enough to accommodate us on short notice and babysit our baby mini schnauzer. This is a great place to have for people that work and need someone to entertain their pup. Try them out!

Super friendly staff. They will work with you if you need to reschedule or desire to extend your dog’s stay. Even my rescue dog who acts like we are going to abandon her when we go to the car, becomes happy once we get into the building. I am a very satisfied customer.
