CVETS - Veterinary Urgent Care

Dr. Genade and the staff were amazing! And were able to help my Zoey girl on the road to recovery after what we assume was a run in with a branch when she torpedoed into a tree branch after most likely a squirrel 🙄. The facility was very very clean which I was impressed because you know animals and all. They explained everything and answered all my questions and gave us the best options. She ended up needing stitches and a drain put in and is currently rocking the cone of shame... This Belgian Malinois will be taking a side line from her torpedoeing after squirrels for a while...

I brought in my cat Chai for a potential obstruction. They were able to take him in right away, the vets were very kind and understanding of how costly the recommended treatments could be. I was able to get some help for my cat, and after he came home (and took the stinkiest poo ever) he is back to his normal self.

Had the best experience we could have in the situation we were in thanks to the sweet staff. They were so quick with everything and so helpful. Joan (I believe is her name, might be wrong) was amazing and made us feel so much better about our sweet pup! They all did such a great job explaining everything to us and all of our options. Never felt dismissed or judged, answered all of our questions and took all of our concerns seriously and Joan was so good with our dog who was very anxious!

What to thank the staff. Had made a deposit to my bank Saturday bank teller put in someone acct. My granddaughter cat Lucky who was 13 years old had a seizure or stroke a few days before Saturday. On Monday Lucky had got alot worse Chloe myself 3 neighbors and friends were trying to find a vet that we could take her to. I called Cvet. Bank still had not corrected there mistake. The lady I spoke told me cost ask if could make 2 payments she explained that they did not do that and asked she could tell we were very upset Lucky was suffering explained bank mistake she put on came back and ask how much we had and said for us to bring her on the lady vet and lady I spoke were caring compassion stayed right there with us well we had to make A very sad hard desission my granddaughter wanted to ha

They are by far the friendliest staff and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Our pet got the best care and treatment. They went above and beyond for our cat and for ourselves. Dr. Oldham was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Couldn’t recommend enough
