Rachel is kind and caring towards my little guy and works with his unique haircoat and needs. Great service, easy drop off and pickup, and proactive in scheduling the next appointment. So glad we have Rachel keeping Louis handsome

My babies are well taken care of Rachel at Bark-B-Lounger. Easy to drop off and they don’t have to spend all day. Their old groomer had a drop off time and they spent all day there locked in a crate until they got around to them. I love the one baby at a time or (family). They enjoy not being at the groomer all day. She doesn’t over book appointments. Win Win for everyone!!

I can’t say enough great things about Rachel, she is professional, kind and patient. She did such a great job on grooming my Zoey that I almost didn’t recognize her I actually thought she was a show dog I am so happy that I found her so relieved that my fur baby finally has a permanent groomer. Zoey loves her groomer 🥰
