Pampered Pooch

Yesterday my 4-legged 17 year old brother, Shilo, was being groomed and quit breathing. Heather, the owner of Pampered Pooch called my mom and asked if she could perform CPR on Shilo, and could she take him to the vet. My mom takes care of my father who has Parkinson’s and dementia, and was frantically trying to get out of a doctor’s appointment. When Heather made it to Shilo’s vet’s office he was turned away! 😡 Heather then called my mom and rushed Shilo to an emergency vet all the way in Dentsville. When my mom got there Heather was just as upset as we were. Shilo had to be put down yesterday. If it weren’t for Heather and her love for Shilo, and all of her acts of kindness, we may have lost him before my mom could have even made it there. We started going to Pampered Pooch because many

Just moved from Ohio to Columbia and needed a new groomer for our Bella. She’s a labradoodle and finding a good groomer can be a challenge. We saw the reviews and they were spot on! The staff at Fritz was so nice and caring for our baby. The groomer took their time talking to us about how we liked Bella, and they did a fantastic job! Seeing how much love Bella gave the staff when we picked her up shows how much they care about the pups in their care. She even got another bandana to add to her collection. Highly recommend them for any doodle parent!!

This was our 1st time and we left our baby overnight and I was very pleased and my Isha loves it, she smelled great and looked amazing after her bath. I intend to use the doggy daycare as well! Great staff very professional and kind!

My dogs loved coming here! We had been customers since their location was behind the McCallisters on Sunset blvd. The dogs always come back smelling great and with a cute bandana! Also, these are the only people who our dog lets cut her nails!

They did a great job bathing and grooming my dog, weeks later he still smells good!
