Dr Marion Floyd is absolutely phenomenal! Personality was perfect and amazing made my fur baby beyond comfortable. I wish I could rate this place 50 stars. The whole staff was phenomenal they are now our permanent vet!

Wonderful staff. Always very kind and treat our cats as if they are their own. Dr Floyd is very knowledgeable and really good about laying out all the options for care.

It’s an okay practice, but very busy. We used them for our two dogs for over two years. When my dog developed an ear issue, they weren’t able to see her for a week and suggested urgent care if it couldn’t wait. That experience made it clear that this practice is better suited for routine care like wellness visits and dental cleanings than for addressing problems as they arise. The high volume can also make visits stressful. At one scheduled appointment, I walked in to find several people behind the counter checking in a very large dog. I picked up my 14-lb dog and waited, but a visibly frazzled staff member yelled at me to move my dog and pointed to a room. Dr Floyd was so compassionate and caring, and at the same time professional, providing answers we had needed for several weeks. He assessed my cat's situation and put me at ease immediately with at home steps to take. I am forever grateful.
