A great cat boarding choice! I felt at ease the entire time my cat was there! Wonderful staff and a spotless place with exceptional service! I got access to 24h live feed to my cat’s cute little suite and the daily report cards of how he was doing were the highlight. The pictures attached to the report cards are so good (especially silly gremlin pictures of my little boy). I can tell my little fur baby had a peaceful and stress free time ♥️

I have never boarded my senior cats before but had an unforeseen event come up. I was SO nervous leaving them. Cozy cats is a 30-40 minute drive for me but I had my cat groomed there previously so felt comfortable there. It was such a good experience! They send a report card every day and I could see the progression of my cats’ happiness there. They kept me updated on their appetites and eliminations and I felt completely at ease. Given the amount of stress going on otherwise, not having to worry about them at all was such a relief! Will take them here again without hesitation.

Cozy Cat Suites was the perfect solution to our short-term problem. As we were selling our house, we needed to have it available for an Open House on a Saturday + Sunday. We anticipated multiple people coming and going, and having our cat in the house was not a good option, but Cozy Cat was! The facility was clean, the rooms were cheerful, and the attendant obviously likes cats. Dropping off and picking up was easy, and we really liked the 24/7 video camera so we could see our cat (mostly sleeping, of course).

I took my cat to be groomed here. They did a good job the first time. The second time they canceled my appointment the night before because the groomer wasn't going to show. When I brought my cat back for the rescheduled appointment they said they couldn't do anything with him because he was too wound up and suggested I put him on meds. I'm not going back here. I ended up taking my cat to where he used to get groomed and they did a great job with no problems.
