Dominion Animal Hospital is wonderful! Im a first time pet owner and they have been nothing but kind and helpful. I feel so validated and safe asking questions and getting quick, helpful and thoughful responses. Thank you all so much!

The entire team at Dominion has been incredible. We have trusted the team at Dominion with both our pups and they have always taken the time to ensure the treatment provided is the best fit for the pup and situation while educating us as the parents. We couldn't ask more out of a veterinary team than what the team at Dominion have provided.

We have been taking our dog and cat to Dominion Animal Hospital for years. The staff here (everyone- front desk, techs, vets) are all AMAZING and look out for the families that come to their practice. Once I accidentally booked an annual visit several months early and they called to let me know so I didn’t pay for a visit we didn’t need. We also recently had an issue filling a prescription at Sam’s Club that they went above and beyond to help fix. We have always felt supported and welcomed at the practice. The vets and techs are great at explaining options so we can make decisions on labs, meds, etc. The PawPlans are a big help and they make it easy to schedule appointments, too. Thank you for taking such great care of our pets!

The staff was so wonderful, knowledgeable and compassionate. We had an emergency with our chihuahua and the vet not only called me at work and explained in detail what was going on but then came out to the waiting room and explained in detail to my husband too. They even worked within our budget. I was very impressed. They obviously care a lot. We just appreciated everything they did so much. Thank you so much!

I’m disappointed with my experience at this practice. Communication and follow-up were consistently lacking, and any updates or next steps only occurred when I proactively reached out. For a veterinary practice, I expect clear guidance, timely follow-ups, and ownership of the care plan—none of which were reliably present. I was also concerned by what felt like an overreliance on additional tests and labs without clear explanations of necessity or how the results would materially change treatment. Rather than providing a strong, independent medical perspective, the approach often felt reactive—simply proceeding with whatever I suggested instead of offering informed, Doctor driven, recommendations.
