Franklin Farm Veterinary Clinic

After leaving my first vet in the dust, I found Franklin Farm veterinary clinic and I am very happy. My two cats get stressed out by the car ride but after all the love and treats and petting from the staff and vet techs they are ready to have their annual exams and vaccines, no problem. They are absolutely spoiled with toys and catnip by the end of the appointment and I love that the staff gets me checked out in the exam room so I dont have to juggle payment with two carriers and the stress of whatever other patients might be coming and goin in the waiting area.

Dr. Phillips and the entire Franklin Farm team have consistently demonstrated the utmost care, diligence and compassion for my cat during every visit. Their love for animals is evident, which allows me to place my full faith and trust in their expertise. This is the best veterinary clinic I have ever had the opportunity to frequent and I recommend it to all of my pet owning friends and colleagues.

Such a supportive and thoughtful staff! They obviously care about the animals they treat and love them all. So much patience and kindness. They appreciated my dog and gave him all the love for who he was...which was a dog that got a little nervous once the stethoscope came out lol. My only regret is we didn't find this practice earlier into owning our dog.

I have been bringing my girls to Dr. Phillips since they were puppies. She is very gently, kind and knowledgeable. We never feel rushed during our appointment and Dr. Phillips takes the time to calm Roxy's nerves before treatment. The clinic is always clean. We were given a private room with soft music playing when it was time to say goodbye to our Buddy boy. We were told to spend as much time as we needed with him then he was treated with the kindest hands. It's in these moments that you can see and feel who truly cares about these animals. Please double-check the pricing, as we were explicitly informed that the first vet visit would include a $79 clinic fee plus the vaccine costs. However, the male vet tech at the front desk surprised us with a $143 "First Time Puppy" fee, which did not include a comprehensive examination or fecal test. As a result, we ended up paying an extra $150 (with tax) simply because our dog is a puppy. If your clinic plans to charge such high prices, I believe transparency is key. It would be helpful if the fee included a comprehensive examination or fecal test, as this would allow owners to better budget for the visit.
