99.9 % Satisfied!!! Which is rare nowadays. We replaced our entire home with LVP and carpeted (bedroom)....other than a minor flaw with under cutting around the fireplace, the quality of product and craftsmanship is FABULOUS!....Billy and his entire staff were extraordinary to work with.; and he beat out 2 other local (PTC) retailers by 5 and 10%. I had Coweta Flooring replace all the carpet upstairs in my house and unfortunately they did a poor job. When I pointed it out to them, they were deceitful and claimed that they had done everything correctly. When it became obvious that they had clearly done a poor job in one major spot, they were not inclined to fix it at all. The “fix” that they provided did not make the spot any better, and I have now had to hire someone else to fix what they should have done correctly the first time. I did not pay them fully for their services because of the poor job they did and the disrespectful manner in which they treated me. I would not recommend their company at all.

Moved into a new house only to find out the previous owners had done an amazing job masking the smell of pet urine in the master bedroom during all of our initial visits. Billy came through and got us brand new hardwood floors to match the rest of the house ordered and installed within a week! He took excellent care of me when I felt absolutely distraught! Will recommend over and over again!

While all the carpet companies around our area are very nice, willing to work with you, etc., at the end of the day and many months of research Coweta Flooring won my business. Mr. Billy and his staff are wonderful to work with! They provided a great product, prompt and professional services from A-Z. I will do business with them again! Amanda Wilder

I have to give this company a 5 star rating after the whole experience we just received. I’m all about seeking out new less corporate places. At first sight the building isn’t much to look at I’ll admit we were a bit deterred by the location. We walked inside and we’re immediately greeted by a cute fluffy puppy. Haha! The inside of this place was very well kept and clean. We were then greeted by Bill who ask us all kinds of questions to get us exactly what we were looking for. Morgan answered all my calls kindly (there were many haha) the entire staff was awesome. The price at this place is UNBEATABLE. After we made our selection a couple weeks down the road we put our deposit down and someone came out to do measurements and shortly thereafter guess what, that beautiful lustrous carpet was
