I wish I could give negative stars based on the lack of customer service and apathetic attitudes of staff. I wanted to buy an item and it rang up over $10 more than the label on the shelf. Cashier, who was busy leaning over the counter looking at her phone, coudn't be bothered to look into the discrepancy and let me walk back to double check the price. I had pictures of the shelf label, but she had no comment. I wound up buying another brand. Cashier told another employee to just put it back on the shelf. No "sorry it was mis-labelled" or "I'll make sure its corrected." My fiance and I have been shopping here for two years, and not even once have the people working here ever greeted us or said hello when we come in. They look away and ignore you and act like you aren't even there. You have to greet THEM to even get them to speak to you or look your way. The people who work here have HORRIBLE people skills, make us feel like we are nobody at all and not worth talking to. Nobody says hi, welcome, nor do they even smile at us. They act like we are an inconvenience. The final straw was waiting for TWENTY MINUTES to just get crickets after three employees walked by us and also ignored us as they did nothing but talk and laugh to each other and didn't even ask us if we needed help. We will never be shopping at this location again, we have more respect for ourse

We had my daughter's 7th birthday at Country Max (Small animal encounter party) and it was an absolute blast!! Kelly met us as we arrived and offered to help carry in party supplies (we barely needed anything because they supply the table cloths and goodie bags). Kelly ran the entire party - guiding the kids through animal bingo and explaining fun facts as she brought each of the animals out. We then went to the reptile room and the kids met some additional animals. We opted to add on the pony rides - which was also awesome because we had 30 min of rides which meant our 8 kids probably got about 4-5 turns each!
