We try to support our local businesses especially now more than ever, however we are extremely disappointed with the services we have received. The dog we have is a 3 year old Australian Shepard that we have taken to Circle of Friends multiple times with no problem before. However, after getting my dog I was shocked. I gave it a night because I thought maybe it was just me over-reacting but upon further inspection this was not the case. They completely shaved her double-coat everywhere when we asked for a trim (I have always requested a trim and nails cut) and the over all cut is choppy and low quality. When I called to rectify the situation, she was unprofessional, unapologetic, and has no care for her customer relationships. I would of been happy with an apology and/or a fraction of my m

I've been hoping her ever since we received Cocoa 3 years ago. She was not badly treated but in desperate need od a grooming. They are friendly, helpful, and reasonably priced. They've worked with me on scheduling more than once.

Nancy is a great lady to work with. Her abs her teammates love aninals and make them look beautiful. You schedule a time that works for you, you drop your animal(s) off and she calls you within an hour and a half. They do a great job.
