Brockport Animal Hospital

I initially brought my cat here because I was looking to get my cat spayed sooner than later. Many of the local veterinary clinics weren’t picking up the phone when I called, and Brockport Animal Hospital did. They weren’t too far and had good reviews, so I figure why not? After speaking with a part-time worker about scheduling and pricing, I found out Brockport Animal Hospital requires two vaccines before they’ll do the surgery. I got a call a day before the appointment asking me to bring in a stool sample. “No problem.” I thought. The next day everything went south. The prices I was quoted over the phone and what I was actually charged were two different things. Almost double actually. In addition to that, I was charged an additional $40 for this “stool sample float test.” No one told

I highly recommend Brockport Animal Hospital. I was not established with them with my current pet but my parents have previous animals with them when I was younger. My senior girl had a bump burst and I needed an emergency visit and they were able to fit me in same day and were so gentle with both her and I. Within in a few hours we were seen, the bump was tested to make sure it was not harming her, and out the door with antibiotics and antiinflammatories to take care of the damage. Brockport Animal Hospital dealt with us with so much care and kindness and it took such a load off of us on a very stressful day with our best friend.

Doctor Lefler is the most AMAZING Veterinarian to all of my animals I have always brought to her. She is so knowledgeable and so kind and calm and comforting. She always has given me such peace knowing they are in the best hands with her and reassurance of any next steps needed to be taken for their over all health and well-being - I trust her so much. Everyone at Brockport is so nice to me as well from every phone call to every visit. It’s such a smooth process. I just want to really thank her and all of them for always watching over my fur babies. I am so thankful.

We drive 45 minutes to bring out dog here. When we first adopted her we called around to find somewhere that cared and was affordable. These guys check the boxes, that's why we continue to make the long drive.
