I don’t know what they do to make my dogs so happy to go to the doctor and have a temp gauge shoved up their buttocks but both of my Boxers, Bill & Tyson, get excited when we pull in the driveway. The staff are great and seem to care for the dogs and their hours work well for my needs. I’m glad I’ve finally found a vet that works well with our boys, so we’re happy

Very disappointed in this facility at the moment. My 90 year-old grandfather went in to get routine vaccinations for his perfectly healthy YOUNG dog. What should have been a straightforward, affordable visit turned into an unnecessarily expensive bill (almost $500). It’s disappointing to see a business take advantage of a situation like this. Transparency and fair pricing should be standard, especially for senior clients seeking basic care (PRIOR TO PERFORMING A PROCEDURE). I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone who values honesty and integrity in veterinary services.

My Russian Blue has had emergent care twice with urinary obstruction. Dr. Sheehy and her staff were compassionate, caring, and provided excellent care for my cat.

I had the best possible experience at Copeland. I had picked up a dog on the highway. Not being from Tyler I called several veterinary offices for help. I was turned away from several. Dr. Patti and her staff were lifesavers. Literally. They helped us and took care of her for several days until I could return home from being with a friend in the hospital. You can truly trust your pet to Copeland Road Animal Hospital. ❤️

Copeland Road is the best! It is conveniently located, the staff are extremely polite, the providers are experts and they care about each of my crazy poodles. We love them!
