Comal Springs Pet Resort & Spa

I have 2 four year old American Bullies and they are my life; I have had them since the day the we’re born! This is the first place they ever stayed anywhere but with me. These people are so wonderful with my dogs. The first time they stayed I called 5 times a day and they called me a couple times a day (not exaggerating). Now when they stay I call once just to check in. They treat them like they are their own dogs!! My babies will never stay anywhere else!!! We added my boyfriend’s chihuahua last time she even did great there! No dog too big or small for Comal Springs! Oh and they come out smelling and looking beautiful.

Just trying to figure out why it’s so hard to get in contact over the phone? Every time I call it either gets hung up or I get transferred to the hospital. Whether I call the resort or the hospital they both go straight to the hospital. I also left a voicemail as well and did not get a call back. My dogs love this place and would hate to take them elsewhere.

We highly recommend Comal Springs Pet Resort They have the most friendly, energetic staff. They took really good care of our 8 month old German Shepard “ Boomer” for the last 4 days. We were a little nerves about leaving him at first but then we started receiving daily pictures of him and it made us feel better. He looked like he was having fun with the other dogs and the activities they had for them. We will definitely board him there again!!

Service has just gone, sadly, downhill in the last 3 years. Understaffed, overpriced, unprofessional, and disappointing. You'll never get a human on the phone. You used to get called back if you left a voicemail but now not even that. Is this even a real company? Board your pups at your own peril.

I have never been to a more pleasant, professional, safe environment where I feel the staff genuinely cares for my baby! Bruno actually LOVES when i say the word “daycare”. Highly recommend!
