Country Cottage Pet Resort

The staff extended a gracious welcome, even accommodating our seven canine companions. The facility's interior and exterior were remarkably pristine. As might be expected, there was a subtle scent upon entry, which is typical for establishments that welcome pets. In my view, this suggests a prioritization of animal welfare over the use of artificial air fresheners, which can be harmful to them. I was particularly impressed by the meticulously kept outdoor spaces and the complete absence of any strong, disagreeable odors. I also found the name given to the small dog area, "Tiney Town," to be quite delightful. Furthermore, the arrangement of the charming cottages, each with its own small backyard, is truly remarkable. This establishment is undoubtedly a treasure in Texas.

We have used Country Cottage for 4 different dogs for the last 20 years. They have always provided terrific care and service. I definitely recommend! I used them last month when I was out of town for a few days. Jose had a great time.

Seemed like the perfect place to kennel my dog at for a few days in 2016. They were so nice and on the surface, and it looked like a great place. That all changed once they lost my dog. Yes. LOST MY DOG!!! Something about a faulty fence, someone forgot a leash when transporting; I got a few different stories. They tried their best to separate themselves from the situation and did NOT tell ANY of their clients about it. Business as usual. He was found half dead in a dry tank after 18 days. Ended up losing part of a toe and a couple teeth and one eye. A whole eyeball. Horrible parasites and ants had basically started eating him from both ends. It was excruciating for him. Did I mention that he is completely blind in the remaining eye? I had to quit my job to nurse him back to health. This ex

The staff are super friendly, sweet young ladies, who clearly love animals, and treat every pet like their own. My little dogs absolutely love Ash! It’s really upsetting to see someone spreading false information about such a great place. That’s just not the experience I—or so many others—have had. The facility is clean, well-run, and they always keep me updated, send me pictures. I’ve never once had a reason to worry. If you’re looking for a safe, loving place for your pet, I honestly can't recommend them enough!

Love this place! The girl's are the sweetest! My dogs love it, I highly recommend! They will send pics and videos if asked.
