My one year old dog has “Happy Tail Syndrome”. Essentially he wags his tail so hard it bangs in to things until he bleeds. And by bleeds, I mean slippers the walls, doors, floor - everything. I called for an appointment - explained that my breeder and trainer both felt the only solution may be a procedure to amputate it - so I asked if they did these procedures. They said yes, but they’d have to see him first. After a couple hours at their facility, I was charged $234 for: A consult, Rabies shot, fecalyzer, three meds and some shampoo. And was told no on the procedure because his issue was a skin irritation. Do NOT take your pet here, please! Just look how they respond to every negative review, that should tell you enough! These people do not care about saving your pets, only getting more money into their pockets. I have been to many vets in Jacksonville and this one is ran by people who will literally ignore the signs of your pet dying just so they can get the most money out of you. I didn’t think a veterinary office would ever do this, until they did. These people do not advocate for pets health and management is unbelievably rude. I recommend going to any other vet in town if you want your animal to get proper treatment. I’m sure they’ll respond to my review with rude and dismissive comments as always.

We absolutely love this doctor and her assistants! We brought our 5 month puppy to them and they did amazing with him! They took such good care of our baby! My husband and I won’t be going anywhere else!

A couple nights ago, my dog started acting really lethargic, wouldn't eat, had mild labored breathing, and was stiff in his back legs. I took him to the ER vet and they did some X-rays but found nothing significant. Yesterday morning I woke up to my dog cold to the touch and shivering, still wouldn't eat, and refusing to even stand up. After calling around to multiple vet offices that were booked up, I called College View and they were able to get us in late in the morning. They did a full workup and found that my dog was having an acute pancreatitis attack. They gave him nausea medications and antibiotics and by last night he was eating again and moving around better, continuing to improve today. The staff here made our visit very smooth for my nervous cat. They were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The staff made my cat as calm and comfortable as possible. I definitely recommend this place!
