All I wanted for christmas this year was my boy home in time for Christmas. Yall delivered and I can't express myself enough. The clay paw print ♥️. You can tell they care.

This company did a great job with the individual cremation of my beloved boy, Adler. The wooden box he came in was beautiful and I loved the card. However, I think there are some area of opportunities that could be beneficial to both the company and customer. At the vet clinic I had to make the decision to put down my boy. They offered me an individual cremation with a laser printed paw print. The wooden box Adler came home in was beautiful and the card that came with him was special. However, the card has been the same design and poem for the last two dogs I've had. Mix it up a bit and make it more personable. I googled this cremation company and found out they offer different urns. I would have loved the opportunity to have purchased a different style urn for my boy. Maybe this

This family is wonderful and so kind. They took care of my beagle girl, Lily. Laurie walked me through the process and was so caring. This family went out of their way to take care of my girl. Such a kindness will never be forgotten!

Laurie was amazing and heart felt when I contacted her about having our Guinea Pig cremated ! I sent her an email with questions and she got right back to me, first by email then a phone call! She provided great empathy and sympathy for our loss which is a Big Deal to me during a loss of a pet. She also kept me informed the day she was picking our Guinea Pig up and when she would be ready to bring her home & she Greeted my Daughter and I at the door and made us feel like we were family, and handed us Charlotte Mae and said,” Here’s your Charlotte to bring back home” , it’s those little things that mean the most!!!
