I had an experience quite the opposite of the reviewer who said they weren't friendly or welcoming . They were quite friendly. They aren't in your face, trying to upsell anything to you either , which I appreciate. I tend to think their prices are a bit high, but they have THE most extensive selection of livestock needs around ! Plus, when I'm feeling down or bummed out, I park near there and watch the hot guys load up hay. It cheers me up EVERY time!

The customer service here is outstanding! The gentleman that work there are so friendly and helpful... especially John! I purchased some new cat food and was informed of their loyalty program...buy ten bags get one free! So that's cool. Thanks so much Clifton and Warren!

Great feed prices, and they have a buyer's program for domestic animal feed, so you'll get a free bag and drop the price of previous purchases if you think about it.

Customer service has severely gone down hill went in for 100 crickets guy gave me a bag that clearly didn’t have enough I said something and his rude reply was “are you gonna count them” I just left because I was mad. I get home and there’s small black worms and beetles in the bag. Such a shame used to be a great feed store but now it’s absolutely worth a little more of a drive to go to lees feed. 100% better quality everything and roughly the same prices.
