We have had the pleasure of being with Eric & Melissa for many years. They are very special to our family and with saying that , both my past Jack Russell and Present one Adore these guys! The Love and care given to them is remarkable! They scoop him up upon arrival and do such a terrific job! We love you guys ! Thank you for always taking such delicate care of my fur babies!!❤️

Anyone can bathe a dog and trim its nails… I had done a lot of research and heard a lot of great things about this place. I made an appointment 6 weeks in advance and asked them at that time if they were able to do the kind of cut I was looking for. They seemed to know exactly what I was talking about. Fast forward to the day of the appointment.. My bf drops my dog off while I’m at work and I call to make sure we are on the same page. They were polite and made it seem like they knew exactly what I was looking for. They seemed very friendly and understanding of me calling. He said it wouldn’t be long because he was wanting to “get out of here early today.” Bf picks up dog and 🫢😬 They may be nice and great with certain things but I wouldn’t recommend if you have a smaller dog and want a styl

Billy fought the groomer when it came to cutting the facial hair off, but she was patient with him. I told her when I dropped him off the he's going blind. She gave him the haircut that I asked for and made my boy look handsome again.

Best ever groomers. Very caring and do an incredible job on my boy Marley. He is a sweet old boy but a nervous Nelly. Thank you Melissa and Eric!❤️❤️❤️

Same groomers from Becky's in shingle springs. She retired and while I was very happy for her I was sad our usual groomer was gone. To my surprise they opened their own shop off Placerville drive. Very affordable and great work. I'll definitely keep going even though it's farther from home.
