Dr. Robinson and staff are always kind and professional. Dr. Robinson takes his time with your pet and you to be sure everything is taken in consideration before recommendation and that you thoroughly understand what's going on. He is never pushy or judgemental, and I've never felt over charged. He's seen my 2 cats and 1 dog.

Incredible veterinarian!! Can't say enough how amazing this place is. I've since moved to TX and have yet to find vet clinic that's as amazing as this place... Such great service, the vet truly cares about you and your animals. He'll actually spend time with you and your pet talking and explaining what's going on to you. Just an overall awesome experience. They can get really busy and expect a wait if you're a squeeze in appointment, still it's worth the wait if your pet needs urgent care.

Our sweet boy Marley needed his spleen removed and the team at Missouri Flat Animal Hospital was amazing. With this being a significant surgery and Marley being an older dog (14), I was concerned about how he would do. Dr Randy and his team was very reassuring and I couldn’t ask for better care for Marley. He’s recovered well and our pathology results were clear of any malignancy. It was evident to me that Marley’s wellbeing was just as important to Dr Randy and his team, as they were to me. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our boy.

Made an appointment for 10:50 was told there would be a good wait. (Dog was diagnosed with mastitis and needed anti biotics) at 10:50 was turned away saying the doctor had already been prepping for a surgery. The 2nd time we’ve had to “wait” for an appointment and the guy just leaves our dog in the dark. It’s an older person running the facility and he can’t keep up with demand and or is just making money from customers he know he can because unless I wait 2hrs in their lobby or the appointment is made 3 months out they won’t see you.

Dr. Robinson's office is a great experience for us. The staff is kind and patient. Dr. Robinson takes his time with you and his years of caring knowledge have been my best experience yet. Plus, the lobby is accommodating with two large but separate waiting areas for privacy. Highly recommended!
